  • Who is Flowr for?

    Flowr is best used with groups of 5 people or more that want to collaborate on a continuing basis. By posting different status updates as well as research information you have a central place that archives and organizes your previous conversations. No need to send internal email anymore.

  • How is Flowr different from existing services like Facebook or Twitter?

    Flowr brings the power of micro-blogging to the inside of your enterprise in a secure and private manner. Posts and updates are only visible to people inside your network that have appropriate access rights.

    Messages inside Flowr are not limited to 140 characters allowing you to properly formulate your thoughts and capture knowledge. You are also not limited to status updates but you can share Links, Ideas, Events, Files, Polls and even whole Pages.

PRICING

  • What is your pricing plan?

    Our basic plan is free for network of up to 10 users. If you have more users or would like to use our premium features, you can upgrade at any time.

  • How do we pay?

    After you upgrade to our premium plan, you pay as you go using your Credit Card. You pay for the current month based on the number of users that were active in previous month. You can cancel at any time and we won't charge you for the next month. If you prefer, we can also send you an invoice.

  • Do you have any special offers for non-profits, NGO's and educational institutions?

    Absolutely. Send us an email and we'll give you a discount for your premium version of Flowr.

  • What are the benefits of premium version?

    Besides greater amount of users in your network, premium version also gives you more control over look and feel of your network as well as policies. Please consult our detailed features comparison matrix.

SECURITY AND DATA

  • How secure is my Flowr network?

    All the communication with your Flowr network is always done over 128-bit SSL connection. You can also limit access to your range of IP’s or VPN as well as set password policies or integrate authentication with your single-sign on solution.

  • Is our data backed up?

    Yes, we backup our servers nightly to different locations.

  • Can we run Flowr on our servers?

    Yes, please contact us and we will let you know how you can run Flowr as appliance inside your network.

  • Can I lock our network only to our company email?

    Administrators of premium version of Flowr can define a list of allowed e-mail domains.

  • Can you customize Flowr or us?

    Yes, contact us with your needs and we'll do our best to adjust the design of your Flowr network.

  • Can I get my data out of Flowr?

    Yes, right now you'll need to contact us, but we'll soon be giving you an option to get your data with a single click from your administration panel.

  • How can I invite other members?

    Only network administrators can invite new members to the network. If you are administrator of your network, you'll have invite button in top-right corner of your screen.

  • Is Flowr available in other languages?

    At the moment Flowr interface is only available in English. We are currently translating Flowr into a number of European languages. Contact us with your needs and we'll try to give a higher priority to your language.

    Flowr itself fully supports all world languages so you can use to write messages in any language.

  • What kind of support do you offer?

    We provide full email support for your needs including priority help for Premium users. We will also shortly release knowledge base of best practices and usage tips.

  • Do you provide a phone support?

    Phone support is available on demand for Premium and Appliance users.
