  • Who is Flowr for?
    Flowr is best used with groups of 5 people or more that want to collaborate on a continuing basis. By posting different status updates as well as research information you have a central place that archives and organizes your previous conversations. No need to send internal email anymore.
  • Additional Enterprise Services
    Do you require more sophisticated technical integration? We'll work with your IT department to configure Flowr inside your network, help you with directory integration (LDAP and ActiveDirector) or assist with configuration and deployment.
  • How is Flowr different from existing services like Facebook or Twitter?
    Flowr brings the power of micro-blogging to the inside of your enterprise in a secure and private manner. Posts and updates are only visible to people inside your network that have appropriate access rights.

    Messages inside Flowr are not limited to 140 characters allowing you to properly formulate your thoughts and capture knowledge. You are also not limited to status updates but you can share Links, Ideas, Events, Files, Polls and even whole Pages.
  • How do you pronounce Flowr?
    Flowr is not short for flowers, but it's flow+r.

Pricing

  • How does the 30-day free trial work?
    You can use any Flowr pricing plan absolutely free for 30 days, after which point the credit card you sign up with will be charged. If you choose to cancel your account during the 30 days, you will not be charged.
  • Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade later on?
    No, new accounts are the only ones eligible for 30-day free trials.
  • When is amount of active users calculated?
    At the end of each purchased period, currently active users will be taken into account. If the number of users increase more than 30%, we’ll ask you to purchase more users. User subscriptions that deactivate subscription are not refundable.
  • Can we pay with invoice?
    We can invoice subscriptions for 6-months or more. Let us know by e-mailing billing@theflowr.com.
  • Which online payment systems do you support?
    We support Google Checkout and PayPal. Both services allow you to enter you credit-card as a payment method.
  • What is your refund policy?
    1. Flowr offers a 30 day Premium trial for new networks. Upgrades from Basic account does not qualify for a free 30 trial and you will be charged when you upgraded.

    2. You purchase Flowr services for the amount of months in the future you plan to use it. If you decided to cancel subscription early, you’ll be billed for the end of current month. Users that deactivate during your subscription are not refundable.

    3. If you receive any free months as part of special offering, they can not be refunded and are applied at the end. If you have 3 months of subscription with 1 free months, you will not get any refund if you cancel after 3 months.

Features

  • Is Flowr available in other languages?
    At the moment Flowr interface is only available in English. We are currently translating Flowr into a number of European languages. Contact us with your needs and we'll try to give a higher priority to your language.

    Flowr itself fully supports all world languages so you can use to write messages in any language.
  • How can I invite other members?
    Only network administrators can invite new members to the network. If you are administrator of your network, you'll have invite button in top-right corner of your screen.
  • Can you customize Flowr design for us?
    Yes, contact us with your needs and we'll do our best to adjust the design of your Flowr network.
  • Does Flowr support my language?
    You can use Flowr to collaborate in any language.

    We also offer translated interface for the following languages: German, Italian, Brazilian-Portuguese and Slovenian. You can enable it from your personal profile.

    If we don't offer translated interface for your language yet, you can help us with the translation. Send us an email and we'll give you access to translation interface.
  • Can we change our network to use Google Apps?
    Yes, add Flowr for Google Apps to your Google Apps domain and the wizard will offer you to convert your existing network to a Google Apps network.

  • Can I change plans at any time?
    Yes, just click on the "Settings / Account" tab in your Flowr network and you can upgrade or downgrade your account plan at any time.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Online payments only.
  • Can we run Flowr on our servers?
    Yes, please contact us and we will let you know how you can run Flowr as appliance inside your network.
  • Can I get my data out of Flowr?
    Yes, right now you'll need to contact us, but we'll soon be giving you an option to get your data with a single click from your administration panel.
  • How do we pay?
    After you upgrade to our premium plan, you pay as you go using your Credit Card. You pay for the current month based on the number of users that were active in previous month. You can cancel at any time and we won't charge you for the next month. If you prefer, we can also send you an invoice.
  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?
    There are no long term contracts on your part. Flowr is month-to-month subscription service. If you cancel before end of the month, you won’t be billed again.
